Are you seeking assistance as a debtor (the person filing a bankruptcy case is called the debtor) or a creditor (a creditor is someone who is owed a debt)?

Self-Help Center volunteer lawyers donate their time as members of the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona State Bar. The United States Bankruptcy Court does not supervise or monitor the volunteer lawyers. The information you receive cannot replace individual attorney representation and is only intended to assist individuals in gathering information about the bankruptcy process.

Self-Help Center volunteer lawyers donate their time free of charge. If you miss two scheduled appointments without first notifying the Self-Help Center, you may be refused service in the future. If you have questions or concerns about the Self Help Center you may contact the Pro Se Assistance Law Clerk, Tami Johnson at 602-682-4010.
